Providing top quality floral services to South Florida for over 35 years, Joan’s Florist receives plenty of praise for their work. Highlighted on local television & winning awards for their floral arrangements is indicative of the quality work they produce. In 2013, we were approached with the task of updating their brand, including logo design & a brand new website.
Until recently, Joan’s Florist connected through floral wire services for their online orders. Otherwise their website was largely used as a directory listing giving them visibility online. Here’s an idea of where they were:
We got to know the people behind Joan’s Florist giving us a great sense of what the brand truly represents. Our first step to the brand refresh was logo design. Once we designed a logo fitting to their brand and where they want to go, we used the color palette & style to develop a website design.
Joan’s Florist’s refreshed website was built with WordPress as a content management system. Our custom theme development allowed us to leverage WordPress on the backend while still building a website experience completely unique to their brand.
It’s time for brands to start taking control of their online presence. By updating their website, with plans in place to integrate a full online store, Joan’s Florist is taking control of their online voice. We also set up social media accounts with the new image, creating a synergy across all online outlets with the Joan’s Florist brand.
